    Description

    Coach Vintage Putty Tan Saddle Bag Shoulder Purse-“Classic Pouch 9170”-NYC-1970s. This is a rare Vintage Coach bag made in original NYC Coach factory in the mid to late 1970s in a rare color called Putty. It has seen some use but is in overall great condition. Top flap that has a brass snap closure, a very early design. Adjustable, detachable comfortably wide shoulder strap. Solid brass hardware and buckles. Full length exterior slip pocket under flap. Interior has a full length brass zip pocket and suede interior. A few small spots and faded areas, especially on bottom piping. No stains or noticeable ink marks, etc. Top piping where flap shows some loss of color (see pics) but no tears anywhere. All stitching is very tight and solid. Old dark marks from brass buckle on both sides of strap (see pics). This vintage bag in this color is a very rare find in this condition and should last another 50 years! Comes with a Coach dust bag.
