    This is the original Mexican market, or bolsa de mercado, blue multi-color mesh striped bag, but with a lot more fun!  Handmade, the artist applied a canvas image of La Catrina, Day of the Dead, with a multi color hippie inspired background to the front and embellished La Catrina with large sequin flowers, beads and five sequin butterflies.  "La Catrina" is written across the front.  The artist also added white glass beads in the center of each sequin on the face.  We love the large sequin flowers across the top of her aristocrat style hat!

    All edges are bound with bright pink mesh trim.
